There are more ways than one to earn with words but copywriting can be hugely rewarding and not only in the corporate advertising world. There are many great copywriters who have turned their skills into highly successful home businesses. Working as freelancers, they work on client businesses advertising campaigns, an area of great demand. This process is often known as bum marketing as there is no cost outlay and it is easily started, it is a popular way to get started in affiliate marketing.

Another form of copywriting is in the writing of Google AdWords ads, those little ads that appear on most search results pages. Those little ads are a really a new variation on copywriting, one which we might say concentrates the art of copywriting into just a few words. This form of copywriting can be very rewarding, there are many affiliates around the world who make a comfortable living from AdWords campaigns alone.

Once you have become practiced at copywriting you can offer your services to local businesses who need help with writing advertising copy for new products or with their online advertising. Many small business do not have the skills to write effective copy which opens the opportunity for a home business venture, maybe even yours?
