Reviewing Your Sales Copy

Reviewing Your Sales Copy
By Dean Dhuli

Products sell through sales copy, so it is the most important element of your plan. If you tried the first time, it is possible to get some errors in the sales copy you have created. If you created bad copy, do not be afraid. Review it again and again to get a neat, clean and selling copy. Here are some tips that will help you to review a sales copy.

We will follow the top-down approach. The first element of the sales copy is the headline. Be very conscious about this headline. It should be one of the most interesting and eye-catching sentences in your copy.People spend most of the time looking for a nice headline. You can review this headline by writing all the possibilities. Sit in front of the computer with a paper and pen and feel free to write down all the things that you can think about the topic. Do not stress too much when you are writing this. You may not get the results quickly, but you will find a stunning headline at the end of the week.

Spend some time to write the sub headings. Your subheads should be a part of your original sales copy outline, not something that are added hastily afterwards. People are in a hurry while surfing and they usually skip things. Try to put the essence of few paragraphs in the sub headings. Break the suggestions into a set of points that are easy to read.

Ask your friends to review your product and write a testimonial for it. You can also offer some free copies for reviews. Create a feedback section for the customers so that they can leave a review for the product. There are many people in the internet marketing forums that can provide accurate and good review of the product with suggestions. When you got all the testimonials, put some of the best testimonials in your sales page.

In the end, take suggestions for the page from everyone you meet. You can get better design ideas, sentence frames and nice quotes to merge into the sales page. Make it as clean and readable as you can, and you will get a highly-skilled electronic salesman ready to sell the products.
